Oscar 2016, based on real events … (Part One)

Almost a month later, on February 28, the event expected by many will happen in the world of the film industry-the 88th ceremony of presenting awards of the Oscar film awards. In recent years, film awards and its results are unlikely to be fully accepted by society. It is worth at least recalling “12 years of slavery”, who took the award for the best film in 2014. But it was thanks to the nomination that I then watched this film (not yet knowing that it would win), because there are no bad films with nominees. Yes, yes, I was naive and young, apparently ..
This year, Oscar has already managed to participate in a tolerance scandal (#oscarsowhite), but I hope that it does not plan to upset the audience with strange solutions. Well, let’s take a look that we are waiting for us besides the ubiquitous “surviving”, declared in 12 nominations.

The article is more familiar, although it includes a small number of analytics. I express my opinion in places, but I am not going to impose it on anyone. I will always be glad to your comments and comments.

Nomination: Best film

The star acting is already enough to get into the nomination, but in addition to it there is a dynamic and not always predictable script. Oh yes, it is also based on real events. History tells about completely different financial heroes who predict the 2008 economic crisis and plan to earn money on it. You should not expect a “wolf in Wall Street”, but I would recommend to everyone to watch everyone. Although of course you don’t have to like it ..

And again based on real events, https://nonukonlinecasinos.uk/ only the time of action in this case much earlier-in the 50-60s. A lawyer from Brooklyn, James Donovan has to defend in court the Soviet spy artist Rudolf Abel, and a little later conduct an exchange of prisoners. In the directorial chair, Stephen Spielberg, behind the printed machines, Matt Charman and the Cohen brothers, and in the main role of Tom Hanks – as a result we get a straight and predictable plot, which at the same time practically does not let you go from the screen throughout the film. One problem is the film-patriotic film, so Russian-patriotic fading can bomb (more carefully here) ..

The melodrama about how the young girl Eilish Leisi emigrates to Brooklyn from Ireland, where she takes root and falls in love, but tragic news from her homeland makes her return to Ireland, where she falls in love with another man and a dilemma of choice appears. The film was shot from the book of Kolm Toybin “Brooklyn”. It seemed boring to me, but I can’t call it bad. I recommend watching with your soul mate – she most likely likes.

Film Cog with fascinating special effects and native shootings in the Namib desert. If you did not have time to watch the film in the cinema, then they lost a lot – it no longer looks like such a bewitching one from the TV screen. It is not recommended to look only if you don’t like Big A giant amount of action ..

Ridley Scott and Matt Damon in the film about how island saves life (a joke of course). Again filmed according to the book, this time Andy Wir – “Martian”. The story of a mission to Mars, in which, by chance of one astronaut, was forgotten on the Red Planet. It is recommended for viewing, it is recommended to read even more. Dark and empty cosmos, for which many love Ridley Scott, unfortunately, is absent. It is worth noting that the film is already collecting its awards and began with 2 gold globes.

The film is partially based on the life of the colonist Hugh Glass and the novel by Michael Panke “Survivor”. DiCaprio is again in the pursuit of Oscar and this time tries to survive in a fight with a bear and avenge his offenders. Alejandro Gonzalez Inyarrita helps him, who planned to shoot only with naturally lighting for greater realism, and the most modern video camera in the world of Arri 65, capable of shooting what is happening in resolution of 6560 x 3102 pixels. It looks great, and injarrita managed to withstand his corporate identity even in such a film.

A powerful drama about a girl who was kidnapped at the age of 17 and imprisoned in the room. During the imprisonment, she had a son who had never left the room in five years of her life and saw another world only on TV. The film constantly presses on the viewer, which is largely achieved by the limited number of actors in the frame and interior. Watch only if you like to empathize with the heroes who are fighting the problem of their socialization in society.

The film-journalist investigation, again based on real events. Journalists of the small newspaper The Boston Globe conduct an investigation, during which it turns out that part of the Catholic priests in Boston pester children. The film is rather caustic in relation to religion and keeps at the screens mainly due to the quick plot flow. It is worth noting that films with such a social theme (namely with the artistic component) are quite rare in cinemas and I think that this is why it is recommended to watch it. However, it is possible that you will be bored, because what is happening is quite predictable ..

It is quite difficult to make assumptions regarding the nomination the best film, t.To. here they have not been evaluated for a long time for all components. The minimum chances of winning the “Reducing”, “Brooklyn” are minimal (why he got here at all) and “Room”. “The focus” can receive a reward because of his social topic, but it is precisely because of it that will most likely not receive. “Mad Max”, although beautiful, is not at all like the best film even stylistically. But the three remaining films “Spy Bridge”, “Martian” and “Survivor” are just the main applicants. Society votes for the “surviving” of course, and if injarrita takes a figurine for the best film for the second time in a row, then this will only prove its uniqueness among modern directors. Perhaps last year’s victory may not let the film win. The last time the Oscars in a row for the best film was received by David Selznik in the 39m and 40m years for the films “Directed by the Wind” and “Rebecca”.
